Akshay is part of the start-up team and responsible for business development and client relationships.

As part of the start-up team, Akshay led the design and implementation of a robust delivery platform, helping the team to overachieve on SLAs and providing the necessary fuel for ARCIS to penetrate further into the market and strengthen the existing clients. He helped pioneer the “outcome-based pricing” model.

The two years he spent with AR Credit at the outset of his career saw him handle multiple processes on credit cards, mortgages, and other retail financial products with India’s first and world’s leading MNC bank. After successfully establishing the BPO practise with AR Credit, Akshay joined the Indian arm of Bausch and Lomb Inc.

During his 10-year stint with Bausch and Lomb, Akshay realigned the entire accounting and reporting framework with the parent company to match the altered status of the company as a subsidiary. A graduate in commerce from the University of Delhi, Akshay is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
